At Rakkaew Thai Massage Chiang Mai, we strive to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining our professional standards. Please review our return and refund policy to understand the terms under which services are provided.

• No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a session has commenced, refunds will not be issued, regardless of the duration or circumstances.
• Session Termination: If your session is terminated due to prohibited behavior (outlined in our Privacy Policy), no refunds will be provided.
  

• No Cancellations After Meeting the Therapist: Once you meet with the therapist, cancellations are not permitted, and full payment is required.
  

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
  

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Errors or cancellations initiated by our business.
• Issues beyond your control that prevent service delivery (subject to management approval).
